Once the estimate is approved and a 25% deposit has been paid, we will immediately begin on your design. During the design process, you will communicate directly with the designer working on your project via email or telephone. We feel open communication between the designer and client is important to ensure the clients vision is achieved. When a project is complete we can either mail you a cd containing all art, fonts, and images or place the files on our ftp for easy downloading.
